This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills within a business that really does make a difference.Role: Finance Assistant - Hybrid workingSalary: Pro rata salary 17,783 (FTE salary 29,639)Hours: 22.5 hours across 3 days per week (Mondays and Fridays necessary)Location: Leeds, LS7 (street parking)Responsibilities:Supporting the Finance Manager in day-to-day financial matters.Handling supplier invoices, bank transfers, and reconciliations.Managing the sales ledger and checking recurring invoices for new tenants.Maintaining accurate accounting systems and financial records.Collaborating with staff to monitor tenant debtors and control income.Overseeing financial processing and bookkeeping.Managing the expend card system, expense claims and holding small petty cash pot.Managing and maintaining our client''s financial software systems.Requirements:Experience within a similar role.Experience using Quickbooks/Xero or similar accounting software.Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Comfortable working independently and using initiative.IT literate, with advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using Excel.AAT qualification or equivalent experience.Experience in a charity or ..... full job details .....
