Membership Sales Manager 12 month FTC - Permanent Salary £40K Hybrid working - 1 day a week - London Office Job Purpose The purpose of the role of Membership Sales Manager is to lead the development, implementation and analysis of the sales strategy to successfully drive sustainable membership growth for by acquiring new individual members and building relationships with companies to secure group membership subscriptions. Job tasks Develop the annual plan for member recruitment activity and be responsible for achieving membership volume and revenue targets as per our growth plans. Develop and implement proactive strategies to identify and acquire new members. Build and nurture a robust pipeline of potential members through targeted outreach and networking. Secure large membership subscriptions Cultivating strong relationships with key decision makers within targeted companies. Working closely with the Marketing Manager to create compelling value propositions for large membership packages. Successfully negotiating and securing agreements with target companies for large-scale membership subscriptions. Developing relationships with new business leads Develop, implement and maintain a robust lead nurturing strategy to drive conversions.
