HR Business Insights Advisor London6 Month contract 31ph (Umbrella) ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of an HR Business Insight Advisor on an interim basis for 6 months. This position will work closely with managers and leaders across the business to provide HR insights and interventions to complex people issues. Collaborating with managers and HR Business Partners to deliver people plans to support delivery of business plans and objectives. Responsibilities:Review, analyse and report on HR management information.Provide positive challenge to planning activities to ensure they are well considered before being implemented, reducing the risk of bad practice.Support the HR Business Partners by taking on initial requests from the business, enabling the HRBPs to remain in the strategic space.Provide second-line support and expert advice for complex queries relating to the interpretation and application of HR policies.Support managers with complex queries relating to individual issues such as performance, capability, resource management, probation and sickness.Provide high quality, professional, up to date, expert, consistent advice, support, and practice.Support end-to-end organisational transformation by taking a lead HR role to support implementation plans.Support the rollout and embedding of key HR initiatives to increase employee engagement and the uptake of new ways of working.
