Reporting to the Head of HR, the Business Partner will work in assigned business areas to provide day to day guidance, advice, coaching and hands-on support for managers on all aspects of the employee life cycle. This is a hands-on operational business partnering role and will support the Head of HR and Head of OD in delivering elements of people plans.
