THE ROLE They are looking for a Preconstruction Manager who is a competent Estimator, polished and an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills and the adaptability to work with stakeholders of various levels. You will be personable, dynamic with excellent relationship building skills, key responsibilities will include:- Estimating. Pre-Contract bid co-ordination. Involvement in prospective Client pitch presentations. Accurate hand-over of construction documentation to Project Manager.
