By combining entrepreneurial thinking with customer-focused technology, they have already lent over £1.3bn About the External Business Development Manager (EBDM) role You will be working in a team that has received industry awards for service excellence (no pressure!). This is something our client will look for in all applicants and will train you to become even better. Deals come in thick and fast through the day, so you will be busy making things happen from the minute you start! Rather than being tied to a desk all day, as an EBDM you will have the freedom to get out of the office and meet with our broker community. You will be given a sales region of Midlands and North and a database of broker partners to work with. You will report into the Managing Director (Sales) and form a tight knit team, focused on Bridging and Refurbishment. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Go through deal enquiries directly with introducers. Think through how to structure complex cases so they fit within the credit policy.
