Stakeholder EngagementBuild effective partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring responsive, high-quality HR support. Employee RelationsAdvise managers on employment law, HR policies, and terms and conditions, and provide support on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and redundancies. Organisational ChangeSupport managers through organizational change initiatives, providing planning guidance to achieve strategic outcomes. Case ManagementOversee and manage HR casework on issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, ill-health, and redeployment, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to best practices.
