Key Responsibilities: Daily Tasks: Clean and dust the main entrance doors, including glass panels and partitions. Polish handrails, door fittings, and intercom systems in the entrance and ground floor areas. Vacuum all ground floor carpets and mop marble or hard floors as needed. Inspect and clean common areas, addressing any litter or mess. Sweep and pick up litter in external areas. Report any damages or issues to the property management team. Check communal lighting, replace bulbs using a step ladder where accessible, and report any faults. Manage and organize deliveries on site. Supervise and monitor contractors and maintenance personnel, ensuring their work is completed efficiently. Ensure the building s security by keeping communal entrance doors closed at all times. Weekly Tasks: Clean and vacuum lift floors, tracks, mirrors, control panels, and door frames. Thoroughly clean main lobby doors and surrounding areas inside and out.
