Must have SEMH experience.Experience supporting individuals who find it difficult to build social and emotional relationships.Individuals who have faced and overcome personal challenges, as your ability to connect and relate to our children on a deeper level is highly valued.Passion and the ability to inspire are the most crucial attributes.A driving license is essential, and candidates will need to have or be able to obtain business insurance.
