Child and Young Person Support Worker Redcar Area £17.00 - £20.00 per Hour Flexible Shifts Available Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people? We are currently recruiting Child and Young Person Support Workers to support children and young people with a range of additional needs, including SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs in the Redcar area. This is a rewarding opportunity to help young people build confidence, independence, and resilience while providing them with a safe and supportive environment. The Role As a Child and Young Person Support Worker, you will work closely with vulnerable children and young people, supporting their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and personal development. The role offers a variety of flexible shift patterns, including: Day shifts Waking night shifts Long day shifts Sleep-in shifts Weekend work Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week, although we can offer flexibility across a variety of shift patterns to suit your availability.
