A welcoming and supportive primary school in Levenshulme is seeking an experienced and motivated Year 6 Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time, long-term basis.

• Full-time Year 6 Class Teacher
• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Preparing pupils for SATs while maintaining a broad, balanced and enjoyable curriculum
• Tracking pupil progress and providing targeted support where required
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Working closely with colleagues, parents and senior leaders to support every child''s progress

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6
• Strong knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum and assessment requirements
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• The ability to motivate, challenge and inspire pupils of all abilities
• A positive, proactive and collaborative approach to teaching
