As a Teaching Assistant in KS2 you will be able to get on a child''s level to build relationship and gain a better understanding of their perosnal needs all while supporting the aim of continuous learning by supporting children 121 small, large groups

Requirements

The requested skillset the desired Early Years Teaching Assistant you will require;

• Experience or confidence working with children upto age 11.
• Thorough understanding of the National Curriculum including Maths and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
• A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
• A positive, patient, and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to professional development and learning.
