About the Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that align with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment by setting high expectations for behaviour and establishing clear classroom routines
- Use a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies to track pupil progress and inform future planning
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support both academic achievement and emotional wellbeing
- Actively contribute to the broader life of the school through involvement in clubs, educational visits, and whole-school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 5
- Be a reflective, adaptable, and creative practitioner withandnbsp;strong behaviour and classroom management skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing
- Possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Be enthusiastic about professional development, team collaboration, and making learning memorable
