Job Description:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
- Establish and maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom routines to create a focused and respectful learning environment
- Use a range of formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform next steps
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support both academic and emotional development
- Contribute to the wider school community through clubs, school trips, and whole-school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 5
- Be a reflective, adaptable, and creative practitioner withandnbsp;strong behaviour and classroom management skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing
- Possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Be enthusiastic about professional development, team collaboration, and making learning memorable
