Job Description:
- Plan and deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;differentiatedandnbsp;lessons in line with theandnbsp;KS2 National Curriculum
- Create aandnbsp;safe,andnbsp;stimulating, andandnbsp;inclusiveandnbsp;classroom environment that promotesandnbsp;independence,andnbsp;resilience, andandnbsp;a love of learning
- Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to monitor progress and inform next steps
- Buildandnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support bothandnbsp;academic and emotional development
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;clubs,andnbsp;school trips, andandnbsp;whole-school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching inandnbsp;Key Stage 2, ideally inandnbsp;Year 5
- Be aandnbsp;reflective,andnbsp;adaptable, andandnbsp;creativeandnbsp;practitioner with strongandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiationandnbsp;skills
