Job Description:
- Plan and deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;differentiated, andandnbsp;inclusiveandnbsp;lessons in line with theandnbsp;National Curriculum
- Create aandnbsp;stimulating classroom environmentandnbsp;that promotesandnbsp;active learningandnbsp;andandnbsp;positive behaviour
- Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentandnbsp;strategies to track progress and inform planning
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to supportandnbsp;holistic development
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;extra-curricular activities,andnbsp;school events, andandnbsp;collaborative projects
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching inandnbsp;Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3 (desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;reflective,andnbsp;child-centred, andandnbsp;innovativeandnbsp;practitioner
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;pupil wellbeing
- Possess excellentandnbsp;curriculum knowledge,andnbsp;communication, andandnbsp;organisational skills
- Be enthusiastic aboutandnbsp;continuous professional developmentandnbsp;andandnbsp;team collaboration
