Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to Year 3 pupilsandrsquo; learning needs
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely and constructive feedback
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to support pupil development
Foster curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning in every child
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils, preferably Year 3
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to the success and well-being of every child
