X2 Administrators – Coventry - £14.00 - £15.00 p/h
Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as an Administrator on a full-time ongoing temporary basis

Job Role:
- Managing and progressing orders
- Reviewing documentation, identifying missing or incorrect information and taking appropriate action
- Processing and checking information accurately in line with internal procedures and deadlines
- Managing shared mailboxes and responding to queries from customers and external partners
- Proactively chasing outstanding documentation to prevent unnecessary delays
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Investigating system errors and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues
- Maintaining accurate system records, trackers and error logs
- Producing and updating daily reports using Excel
- Identifying potential delays or issues and escalating these where appropriate
- Supporting colleagues with wider team responsibilities
- Ensuring administration is completed accurately and within agreed service levels
Skills and experience:
- Previous operations, administration or customer service experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to confidently manage multiple priorities
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to resolving problems
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
