OverviewDo you want to define the Go-to-market strategy to win GenAI foundation model builders for AWS? You will be part of the core worldwide GenAI team focused on model Training and Inference, responsible for defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate customer adoption of our services and solutions across segments. You will be working directly with the most important customers in the GenAI model training and inference space helping them adopt and scale large workloads (e.g., foundation models) on AWS, developing GTM plans, and external/internal evangelism.
Responsibilities
Drive adoption of SageMaker HyperPod, EC2 accelerated compute and other Infrastructure services for GenAI training and inference.
Own field enablement and develop sales plays and campaigns to drive scale.
Define GTM strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities.
Build an opportunity pipeline with customers to understand technical requirements for proofs-of-concept and create content to train the field teams.
Collaborate with AWS product teams to shape product vision and prioritize features for AI/ML Frameworks and applications.
Interact with internal teams (product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, professional services) and externally with customers, partners, and the developer community of ML Frameworks and open-source offerings.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent
Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management
Experience developing and executing GenAI GTM strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on working knowledge of deep learning and other ML algorithms, infrastructure and models
Experience as pre-sales engineering, solutions architect, or business development
Demonstrated ability to work across internal and external organizations in a matrix environment
Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to collaborate across the organization
Experience in a heavily matrixed sales environment
