Workstream Lead - Financial Systems

We are seeking an experienced Workstream Lead to play a key role within a major finance transformation programme. This position will lead the implementation of Oracle FCCS across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring successful delivery of group consolidation, reporting and close processes. Working closely with finance, technology and external implementation partners, you will own the end-to-end workstream, driving process design, data migration, testing, stakeholder engagement and go-live activities. Key responsibilities:Lead the Subsidiaries and FCCS workstream within a large-scale finance transformation programmeDefine and implement consolidation, close and reporting processesManage data migration, testing and deployment activitiesPartner with finance and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoptionCoordinate with programme leadership and third-party implementation teamsIdentify and mitigate delivery risks across the workstreamAbout you:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)Proven experience leading finance systems or transformation workstreamsStrong understanding of group reporting, financial consolidation and statutory reportingExperience of Oracle FCCS, Oracle Fusion Financials or similar consolidation platformsStrong stakeholder management and project leadership skillsComfortable working within complex, multi-entity organisationsThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance transformation professional to join a high-profile programme and make a ..... full job details .....
