Workstream Lead - Financial Systems

We are seeking an experienced Workstream Lead to play a key role within a major finance transformation programme. This position will lead the implementation of Oracle FCCS across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring successful delivery of group consolidation, reporting and close processes.

Working closely with finance, technology and external implementation partners, you will own the end-to-end workstream, driving process design, data migration, testing, stakeholder engagement and go-live activities.
Key responsibilities:

• Lead the Subsidiaries and FCCS workstream within a large-scale finance transformation programme
• Define and implement consolidation, close and reporting processes
• Manage data migration, testing and deployment activities
• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption
• Coordinate with programme leadership and third-party implementation teams
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across the workstream

About you:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Proven experience leading finance systems or transformation workstreams
• Strong understanding of group reporting, financial consolidation and statutory reporting
• Experience of Oracle FCCS, Oracle Fusion Financials or similar consolidation platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
• Comfortable working within complex, multi-entity organisations
