The CompanyEstablished, extremely successful and growing businessThe Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join a well-established and growing plant and tool hire business based in Edmonton.The successful candidate will have previous experience within the general tool hire industry and be confident leading a busy workshop while ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standardsKey Responsibilities:Supervising the day-to-day running of the workshop.Managing the servicing, maintenance and repair of hire equipment.Ensuring equipment is prepared and ready for customer hire.Supporting and motivating workshop staff.Maintaining high health and safety standards.Liaising with the hire desk and other departments.Requirements:Previous Workshop Supervisor experienceStrong background in general tool hire or plant hire.Good mechanical knowledge.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBe able to commute to Edmonton / North London area easily Due to the nature of this role, previous experience within the plant hire, tool hire or related industry is essentialIf you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
