Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Controller for Workshop at Edinburgh Airport £42,500- £44,500 per annum Location: Edinburgh Airport Working Hours Monday to Friday, 06 30 On-call rotation: Every 5th week, or as required to support operational needs. Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Controller- The Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Workshop Supervisor to lead our workshop and airside operations at Edinburgh Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong mechanical background who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring all maintenance and repair work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will lead a team of technicians, drive operational performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery across the operation. Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Controller -Key Responsibilities Supervise, motivate, and develop workshop, mobile and airside maintenance teams. Plan and allocate daily workloads to maximise productivity and achieve operational targets. Ensure all servicing, maintenance and repair work is completed safely and to a high standard. Promote a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company procedures and airport regulations.
