This role ensures efficient production, high-quality output, safe working practices, and effective team management. The manager coordinates workflow, supervises staff, maintains equipment, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day workshop operations, including fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes Plan and schedule production to meet customer deadlines and operational targets Supervise, train, and support workshop staff, including fabricators, welders, and machine operators Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Monitor quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate with engineering, sales, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution Oversee material usage, stock levels, and ordering requirements Maintain workshop equipment and arrange servicing or repairs as needed Track productivity and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement Resolve technical and operational issues within the workshop Conduct performance reviews and manage staff development Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing ..... full job details .....
