Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
Oversee a busy workshop for joinery and stone products in a hands-on leadership role.
Manage day-to-day operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure products meet exacting quality standards.
Plan production schedules, manage materials and inventory, and drive continuous improvements to maximise efficiency and output.
About You / Qualifications
Proven experience managing production in joinery, woodworking, or stone fabrication workshops.
Strong knowledge of workshop machinery, hand tools, and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain quality standards, health and safety procedures, and compliance protocols.
Organised, proactive, and able to motivate a team.
