Workshop Foreman Salary: 24.00 - 26.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am 5:30pm Shift: Permanent day shift Employment type: Full-time, permanent The RoleAs Workshop Foreman, you will take responsibility for planning workloads, allocating jobs and supporting technicians on the workshop floor. You will play a key role in maintaining productivity, reducing downtime and ensuring excellent standards of workmanship across the department.Your responsibilities will include:Supervising and coordinating the workshop''s daily operationsPlanning workloads and allocating jobs to technicians and apprenticesMonitoring progress to ensure work is completed safely and on scheduleProviding hands-on technical support with diagnostics, servicing, repairs and fault-findingInspecting completed work and maintaining high quality-control standardsSupporting, motivating and developing technicians and apprenticesPrioritising urgent repairs and helping to minimise vehicle or equipment downtimeLiaising with service advisors, parts teams, suppliers and managementEnsuring tools, equipment and workshop facilities are properly maintainedCompleting job cards, inspection sheets and compliance documentation accuratelyPromoting safe working practices and maintaining a clean, professional workshopWhat We''re Looking ForWe would like to hear from experienced Workshop Foremen, Workshop Supervisors, Senior Technicians or skilled technicians who are ready to take the next step in their careers.The ..... full job details .....
