You will lead a skilled team of HGV Technicians, ensuring work is planned effectively, completed safely and delivered to consistently high standards.The RoleThis is a hands-on Foreman position that combines strong technical knowledge with effective people management.You will organise the daily workload, support and motivate the workshop team, maintain high standards of workmanship and step in with diagnostics, servicing and repairs when required.Key responsibilities will include:Leading, supervising and supporting a team of HGV TechniciansPlanning and allocating daily workloads according to operational prioritiesMonitoring job progress, productivity and quality of workmanshipProviding technical guidance and practical support to techniciansSetting clear expectations and holding team members accountableCoaching and developing technicians to improve performance and capabilityDiagnosing faults and assisting with servicing, maintenance and repairsOverseeing vehicle inspections, repairs and road testingEnsuring work is completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescalesMaintaining accurate service, ..... full job details .....
