Workshop ControllerMonday to Friday - 8.00am to 6.00pm with hour unpaid lunch breakPermanentSwindonSalary is dependent on experienceWe are currently recruiting for a Workshop Controller to join our busy client based in their Swindon branch.The Role:This is a very hands on, exciting, busy and challenging role.Working within the team you will assist the daily operation of the workshop and its various components ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Monitor and control use of all workshop resources (staff, space and equipment) to ensure maximum impact on quality of work, efficiency and profitability.Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operation of the workshop.To be an active member of the service department team comprising workshop reception, foreman and stores to encourage high staff morale, timely customer care, workshop efficiency and productivity.Monitor, resolve and report any action as appropriate to any health and safety issues in accordance with company policy.The candidate must have:Strong management and leadership skillsExcellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlinesExperience of working to KPI''s, budgets and meeting targetsUsed to working a in busy and fast paced environmentExperience in the automotive industry is essentialBy applying for this role you give permission for Purely Recruitment to submit your personal information contained within ..... full job details .....
