Workshop Controller

Due to the continued growth of our clients Service and Aftercare department, Our client are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead their team of Technicians at our award-winning facility. Working with post-war models, from classic to modern vehicles, you will oversee daily workshop operations, manage technician performance, deliver workshop KPIs, and act as the key link between the Service and Aftercare team and the workshop. The ideal candidate will have: Workshop supervisory or management experience. Knowledge of classic and modern performance vehicles. Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills. Experience within a prestige, sports or classic car environment. Competitive salary of up to 45,000 plus bonus, overtime and benefits.
