Our client is a leading manufacturer of containers for the industrial markets. They specialise in design, manufacture, installation, and service, offering a full turn-key approach. They have invested responsibly in the manufacturing facility to drive innovation and remain a market leader in the manufacture of their products. What s in it for you? £50,000 per annum Days: Mon- Fri 8am- 4:15pm 30 days holiday (inc. bank hols) Employee benefits scheme Progression opportunity to progress within the business Your Role Lead, support and develop the production team to deliver against key objectives. Ensure production processes consistently meet quality, health and safety, and compliance standards. Promote and uphold a strong safety-first culture across the shop floor ensuring use of PPE and full adherence to HandS policies. Conduct regular team briefings and toolbox talks to maintain open communication and alignment. Liaise effectively with other departments, external inspectors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
