Interim Workplace Project Manager Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire (3 days per week in the office)Rate: £19-£22 per hour via umbrella companyContract: 4 months About the Role Goodman Masson are delighted to be partnering with a leading housing association to recruit an Interim Workplace Project Manager for an initial 4-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of workplace, facilities management and corporate real estate projects, helping to create high-quality working environments while supporting the organisation''s wider strategic objectives. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and compliance standards. Housing association experience is highly desirable. The role is based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, with 3 days per week in the office, just a 5-minute walk from Eastleigh station. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Plan and deliver workplace, facilities management and real estate projects from inception through to completion, using established project management methodologies. Budget and Risk Management: Monitor project budgets, timescales, risks, issues and benefits, ensuring effective governance and accurate reporting.
