Job Title: Workplace Project Manager Type: Temporary Location: Eastleigh Salary: £18.91 - £24.66 an hour Hours: 37 hours a week BRC are working closely with a leading housing organisation to recruit a Workplace Project Manager to join their Workplace Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of workplace, facilities management and corporate real estate projects. You will play a key role in delivering projects across the organisation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will help shape workplace strategy, manage contractors and stakeholders, and ensure offices and working environments support effective service delivery. Duties: Plan and deliver workplace, facilities management and real estate projects from inception through to completion. Support the strategic site strategy by identifying, prioritising and managing projects in line with organisational objectives. Manage project scopes, budgets, deliverables, timescales, quality assurance and benefits. Coordinate the delivery of large mechanical and electrical (MandE) projects, including both proactive and reactive works. Provide regular project reporting covering progress, budgets, risks, issues and lessons learned.
