Working Supervisor - Voids

Fortus Recruitment Group Limited are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs and maintenance industry.An established housing association is looking for a Working Supervisor Voids to join their in-house repairs and maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for a Multi Trade / Senior Tradesperson / Chargehand who is looking to step up into a supervisory position while still using their trade knowledge on a day-to-day basis.You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating a team of around 6 8 operatives, helping to keep void works on track and making sure properties are completed to the required standard ready for re-let.The Role: Support and coordinate a team of 6 8 trade operatives across void properties Allocate jobs and tasks based on skillset, workload and priorities Carry out site checks and monitor the quality and progress of works Provide support and guidance to operatives on-site Identify and report any poor workmanship, delays or issues Monitor materials and make sure operatives have what they need Promote good health and safety across the team Keep accurate records and photographic evidence of completed works Keep the Void Supervisor updated on progress and any issues Help ensure void properties are completed efficiently and ready for re-let What We''re Looking For: Previous experience within voids, repairs, maintenance or property refurbishment Experience as a Chargehand, Working Supervisor, Senior Operative or ..... full job details .....
