Scaffolding Working SupervisorGM Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Scaffolding Working Supervisor to join a busy construction project. Were looking for a reliable and experienced scaffolder who can lead a team on site while remaining hands-on when required. The Role Supervising a team of scaffolders on site;Organising daily works and allocating tasks;Ensuring scaffolding is erected, altered and dismantled safely;Working closely with the Site Manager and wider construction team;Monitoring quality, productivity and site standards;Carrying out scaffold checks and ensuring works meet site requirements;Leading by example and maintaining a strong focus on health and safety;Assisting with scaffolding works when required.RequirementsCISRS Part 2 minimum Previous experience as a working supervisor or leading a scaffolding teamGood knowledge of scaffolding safety and site proceduresStrong communication and leadership skillsCSCS/CISRS card and relevant qualificationsFull PPEReliable and able to work as part of a wider site ..... full job details .....
