Working Foreman

We are currently looking for a Working Foreman in the Kingston area to join a well-established maintenance contractor on a permanent basis. This role will be carrying out repairs in domestic properties within the social housing sector, whilst also supervising a team of operatives.

As the Working Foreman, you will be responsible for:

Carrying out trade- based maintenance and repair works including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering etcSupport operatives in diagnosing faults and selecting appropriate remedial actions, offering guidance based on experience and best practicesAct as an escalation point for complex technical issues, making informed decisions to resolve problems and prevent recurrenceOverseeing trades operatives working on the bathroom streamManaging work completionMonitoring materialsReporting to the office with photos of any issues on siteThe successful Working Foreman will:

Holds a Full UK driving licenseBe time served or have relevant qualificationsHolds a valid SSSTS or SMSTS certificateHave relevant industry experience within social housingHave their own toolsBe willing to do call outsIn return, the Working Foreman will receive:
