Job Title: workday integration LeadLocation: London UK (Hybrid)Employment type: contract (Inside Ir35) Key Responsibilities: Lead payroll integration workshops with client stakeholders, driving requirements gathering, integration design decisions and sign-off. Design, build, test and deploy Workday integrations, with a strong emphasis on payroll interfaces (PECI) to third-party payroll providers, including ADP. Own the end-to-end integration design phase for payroll workstreams, translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. Partner with functional leads across HCM, Payroll and Benefits to ensure integration designs align with the wider Workday configuration. Provide technical leadership and hands-on delivery across the full Workday deployment life cycle - Plan, Architect, Configure andamp; Prototype, Test, Deploy and post-go-live support. Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects, working closely with client IT, Middleware and third-party vendor teams. Contribute to integration strategy, design standards and reusable patterns across engagements. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior integration consultants. Required Experience andamp; Skills: 6+ years of hands-on Workday integration consulting experience. Strong, demonstrable experience with PECI payroll integrations and third-party payroll providers, particularly ADP.
