You''ll help tackle the world''s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern society and enhancing lives - as we continue to apply, refine and recycle metals that matter, for a healthier and more resilient future.The role:As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will help drive our goals by:Designing, building and enhancing Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI and Workday APIs to support business and HR processes.Owning the day-to-day performance, monitoring and support of integrations, resolving issues through root cause analysis and implementing sustainable improvements.Partnering with People, Payroll, Finance, IT teams and external vendors to translate business requirements into effective integration solutions and manage testing activities.Maintaining integration documentation, data flows, technical specifications and schedules while ensuring compliance with security, governance and data privacy standards.Supporting Workday releases by assessing integration impacts, coordinating testing and implementing required updates to ensure business continuity.Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance integration reliability, reduce maintenance effort and improve the overall user experience.Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:Strong ..... full job details .....
