It’s why many of the world’s largest leagues and federations such as the NFL, English Premier League, FIBA and NCAA choose to work with Genius Sports.Job descriptionAs the Workday Finance Report Analyst you will primarily be focused on driving reporting efficiencies within Genius Sports through development, enhancement and maintenance of the reporting suite within Genius Sports. You will work closely with Finance teams as well as the Workday support team to ensure data integrity while maintaining compliance with audit standards.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and maintain reports and dashboards within Workday including Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Discovery Boards to support the finance teams provide insights and analysis for decision making.Report cataloguing and optimisation to improve user experienceEnsure data consistency and accuracy across all reporting solutionsWork with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and solution the most appropriate Workday reporting output.Outside of ReportingHelp support business change requests all the way through to implementation into the production environment.Support system upgrades, integrations, and testing activitiesCreate and maintain training and testing documentation (including test scripts and user manuals)Collaborate with the Finance Team to identify improvements in Workday Finance processesOther Ad hoc work as initiated or required.Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 2 years of relevant Workday experienceProficiency in Workday Reports, Composite, Advanced and Matrix reports, Dashboards and Discovery boards (Experience from similar Financial ERP’s will be considered)Experience building reports using Office Connect, (desirable)Strong understanding of accounting concepts is essential (accounting qualification is desirable)Proven experience working with multi-currency transactions and consolidated reportingProven experience working in a multinational companyProactive, detail-oriented with the ability to work independentlyWillingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Fluent English speakingExperience in a US listed environment is useful with a working knowledge of SOX controls.What’s in it for you?As well as a competitive salary and annual leave allowance, our benefits include health insurance, skills training and much more, depending on the location.
