What your days will look like:

Leading and contributing to client-facing Workday projects, managing functional areas from design to deployment.

Engaging with clients through requirements analysis, workshops, data analysis, and solution configuration.

Collaborating with HR and Financials teams and the wider PwC network to develop value-adding solutions.

Mentoring and developing junior colleagues.

Fostering a positive and engaging team environment.

Participating in business development activities.

Interacting with all organizational levels within client companies.

This role is for you if:

You are an expert in Finance Transformation Consulting.

You hold current Workday Consultant Certifications in modules like Banking and Settlement, Accounting, Expenses, Procurement, Customers, Fixed Assets, Taxes, and have relevant client-facing experience.

You possess strong digital, data, and business analysis skills, with the ability to work independently and lead teams.

You can listen to requirements and craft innovative solutions.

You can quickly build relationships and adapt your communication style to your audience.

You have demonstrated experience managing onshore and offshore teams.
