Work Supervisor Location: Laurence House, Catford Rd, London, SE6 4RU Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 12+ Months Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 27.75 per day Job Ref: OR10889 Responsibilities Oversee and manage temporary accommodation voids. Contract manage contractors to ensure quality service delivery and value for money. Ensure voids are turned around quickly. Reduce void backlog. Draft Statements of Work (SoW) using the relevant Schedule of Rates (SoR) codes. Act as a point of contact between different departments. Utilize excellent IT skills for presenting information effectively. Person Specification Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Experience in contract management and service delivery. Proficiency in using IT tools for data presentation and communication. Problem-solving skills to reduce backlog and improve processes.
