Work Supervisor
Location: Laurence House, Catford Rd, London, SE6 4RU
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 27.75 per day

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage temporary accommodation voids.
- Contract manage contractors to ensure quality service delivery and value for money.
- Ensure voids are turned around quickly.
- Reduce void backlog.
- Draft Statements of Work (SoW) using the relevant Schedule of Rates (SoR) codes.
- Act as a point of contact between different departments.
- Utilize excellent IT skills for presenting information effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in contract management and service delivery.
- Proficiency in using IT tools for data presentation and communication.
- Problem-solving skills to reduce backlog and improve processes.
