Wellbeing Support Assistant - TowcesterTradewind Recruitment are working closely with a forward-thinking secondary school in Towcester to recruit a dedicated Wellbeing Support Assistant. This vital role focuses on supporting the emotional, social, and mental wellbeing of students, helping them to flourish both in and beyond the classroom.About the role: You''ll work alongside the pastoral and SEN teams to provide one-to-one and small-group interventions that promote resilience, confidence, and positive relationships.
