Wellbeing Services Lead Project Worker
Worcester Community Trust (WCT) is looking for a Wellbeing Services Lead Project Worker to coordinate and lead the day-to-day delivery of WCT''s Wellbeing projects; supporting individuals to improve their wellbeing, build confidence, and move closer to work, education, or training. The Lead Project Worker will oversee and coordinate the staff team and volunteers, allocate referrals and assess workloads, ensure effective service delivery and maintain strong local operational partnerships to achieve high-quality outcomes for individuals who use the service. They will also carry their own caseload. Key Areas of Responsibility Service Delivery and Coordination Coordinate the day-to-day work of the Wellbeing team. Oversee referrals, case allocation, and staff caseload management. Support a caseload of individuals. Maintain accurate and confidential records, case notes, and data entries. Support the Contract Manager in achieving performance targets and reporting requirements. Facilitate team meetings and reflective practice sessions. Be a point of contact for advice to other team members with complex cases Frontline Support Direct support to individuals through 1:1 sessions and group activities. Assist individuals to access employment, education, or training opportunities, improving confidence and wellbeing. Identify barriers to employment and provide tailored advice, guidance, and action planning. Deliver or facilitate workshops on employability and wellbeing themes.
