Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services Lead (Contract) Hybrid Working Predominantly Remote with Occasional UK Travel 8-Month Contract Potential Extension Full-Time 37.5 Hours Per Week An exciting opportunity for an experienced Health and Wellbeing, Occupational Health, or Employee Wellbeing professional to influence strategy, lead critical programmes, and shape the future of workplace wellbeing across a large national organisation. We''re partnering with a major infrastructure and services organisation to recruit a Health and Wellbeing Services Lead. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, supplier management, and wellbeing service mobilisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting an established Health and Wellbeing strategy while helping to design and implement the next generation of occupational health and wellbeing services across the UK business. Why This Role is Unique This isn''t a traditional operational occupational health role. You''ll be working at the centre of a large-scale wellbeing function, partnering with senior HR, Employee Relations, Safety and Business Leaders to deliver meaningful wellbeing outcomes for employees while supporting the rollout of new health and wellbeing services.
