Are you passionate about creating positive workplace cultures and improving employee wellbeing? We''re looking for an experienced and proactive Wellbeing Officer to lead the development of an exciting new wellbeing programme, helping to shape a supportive, engaged and resilient workforce.Key Responsibilities include: Developing, implementing and reviewing a comprehensive organisational Wellbeing StrategyLeading the ongoing development and promotion of a dedicated Wellbeing Hub and support resourcesIdentifying wellbeing priorities through staff consultation, surveys, feedback and data analysisDesigning, delivering and evaluating wellbeing initiatives, campaigns, workshops and engagement activitiesBuilding strong relationships with managers, employees and external partners to champion wellbeingMonitoring programme effectiveness, reporting on outcomes and recommending continuous improvementsSupporting the development of policies, practices and projects that embed wellbeing across the organisation We are keen to see your CV if you have Previous experience delivering wellbeing, employee engagement, organisational development or related initiativesProven project management experience from planning through to successful delivery and evaluationStrong understanding of workplace wellbeing, employee engagement and organisational cultureExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to analyse data and use insights to inform decisions and drive ..... full job details .....
