Working alongside our Welfare and Debt Advisor and Income Team, you will support residents experiencing financial hardship, helping them access benefits, maximise income, sustain their tenancies and connect with services that can improve their wellbeing. This is a varied role combining welfare support, financial inclusion and tenancy sustainment. You will build positive relationships with residents, partner agencies and colleagues to help achieve the best possible outcomes.
