This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced welfare adviser to join a community-focused organisation supporting individuals and families facing financial challenges. You will provide specialist welfare benefits advice, helping clients understand their entitlements, maximise their income, and access the support available to them. The role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload while making a tangible difference to people''s lives through high-quality advice, advocacy, and casework. Key Responsibilities Deliver specialist welfare benefits advice and support to clients with a range of complex needs. Manage benefit applications from initial assessment through to successful submission. Support clients with mandatory reconsiderations and benefit appeals. Carry out benefit checks and identify opportunities to maximise household income. Maintain accurate case records, monitoring information, and client outcomes. Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to resolve complex welfare issues. Deliver information sessions, workshops, and advice clinics where required.
