The company specialises in designing and producing precision-engineered stainless-steel equipment for healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life-science environments. Its products include clinical sinks, decontamination systems, bespoke fabrications, and specialist workflow solutions - all built to exceptionally high standards.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components using a range of welding techniques to ensure every product meets strict quality, safety, and performance requirements.Key responsibilities include:Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specificationsPerforming MIG, TIG, and arc weldingPreparing materials through cutting, grinding, and cleaningInspecting welds to ensure they meet quality standardsRepairing and maintaining metal structures and equipmentOperating welding tools and machinery safelyWorking closely with engineers and production teamsMaintaining accurate records of completed workAbout YouProven experience as a welder or similar roleWelding certification (City and Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent) preferred but not essentialAbility to read technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and precisionGood understanding of safety standardsAble to work independently and as part of a teamKey skills: MIG, TIG, and arc ..... full job details .....
