A well-established, family-run engineering firm based just outside Thetford, Norfolk is seeking a skilled Welder to join their expanding team. Following a steady rise in orders, they''re growing their workforce and are on the lookout for an experienced fabricator with MIG or TIG welding expertise. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a supportive company known for producing high-quality, bespoke products.Welder Duties:MIG and/or TIG welding of stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminiumAssembling fabricated products such as access ramps, handrails, and platformsWelding materials ranging from 0.9mm to 5mm thickReading and interpreting technical drawingsSupporting general fabrication and prep workPay, Hours and Benefits: 13.50 - 15.00 per hour depending on experienceMonday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:30, with an early finish on FridaysOvertime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours workedLong-term opportunity with immediate start availableWe''re looking for someone confident with MIG or TIG welding, who can read technical drawings and work independently within a fabrication environment.If you''re interested in this Welder position, apply now.
