Welder

A well-established, family-run engineering firm based just outside Thetford, Norfolk is seeking a skilled Welder to join their expanding team. Following a steady rise in orders, they''re growing their workforce and are on the lookout for an experienced fabricator with MIG or TIG welding expertise. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a supportive company known for producing high-quality, bespoke products.

Welder Duties:

• MIG and/or TIG welding of stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium
• Assembling fabricated products such as access ramps, handrails, and platforms
• Welding materials ranging from 0.9mm to 5mm thick
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Supporting general fabrication and prep work

Pay, Hours & Benefits:

• -13.50 - -15.00 per hour depending on experience
• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:30, with an early finish on Fridays
• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours worked
• Long-term opportunity with immediate start available

We''re looking for someone confident with MIG or TIG welding, who can read technical drawings and work independently within a fabrication environment.
